Janet Jackson Needs To Quit Already

Janet Jackson was spotted out and about in France the other day looking significantly heavier than she was just a few months ago. The singer has reportedly packed on 28 lbs in the last five months. Now, call me crazy, but wouldn't it be easier to just eat and excercise regularly and maintain a weight that is between heavy and supersuper fit? Yo-yo dieting and rapidly losing and gaining weight is awful for one's body, not to mention one's mind. If she can have enough discipline to drop fifty pounds in a couple of months, I'd certainly think she could have enough discipline to steadily maintain a healthy, stable weight.
