Chanel Iman First FBF to Walk Gucci Since '05

Supermodel Chanel Iman just became the first FBF (fierce black female) to walk the Gucci catwalk since 2005. The fashion house has not hired a black woman for it's runway since Tom Ford was the HBIC in 2005, and Frida Giannini gained creative control. As you might recall, Jourdan Dunn was in a similar position last season, becoming the first black woman to walk for Prada in a over a decade. Am I the only one who thinks this is completely outrageous? Are they seriously trying to tell us that no single black woman has been right for their runway in 3 years? What a bunch of bollocks.
