Rihanna Releases a Statement

Photobucket
After keeping quiet for what seems like weeks, Rihanna has finally broke her silence and released a statement about the Chris Brown domestic violence incident. Says her publicist: "At the request of the authorities, Rihanna is not commenting about the incident involving Chris Brown. She wants to assure her fans that she remains strong, is doing well, and deeply appreciates the outpouring of support she has received during this difficult time."
In the meantime the LAPD is investigating a leaked photo of the singer following the attack. The department insist that it “takes seriously its duty to maintain the confidentiality of victims of domestic violence.”
Suprisingly, Rihanna’s father, Ronald Fenty, when asked about the photo leak said he's sort of glad it was released. “It’s good and it’s bad to see the picture because there’s other people who were thinking differently, that (Rihanna’s injuries) may not be that bad, just a little spank or a little thing.”
If you want to see the picture in question, you can pretty much find it anywhere by now. I for one felt extremely uncomfortable about posting it, so you won't find it here. If you haven't seen it I must warn you, it is shocking. I saw it under a cut on another site and I actually gasped. It's pretty terrible.
